Known defects from Master recording: There are a number of 'pops' on this recording.  These 
pops come from a loose connection between the mics and the DAT recorder.  These 'pops' were
cleaned up as much as possible in re-mastering, but they are still noticeable.  (the 'pops'
are noted in the setlist).
